Frame profiles for the above RAISED PANEL door designs: 400, 401, 405. And series 200 doors.
Panel choices are smooth plywood or beaded plywood. Smooth plywood is the default panel unless panel B is requested. (note: if B panel selected, pricing is $5.60 more per sq. ft.)
Edge profiles for door designs 400, 401, and 405. And for series 200 doors.
For 400 series doors, these have a plywood panel. Your plywood panel options are smooth or beaded. The beaded plywood panel is not the
same panel as the beaded raised panel choice. The beaded raised panel choice technically is not a raised panel, but it is thicker and solid wood.

If you would like your doors bored for concealed 35mm cup hinges, please select boring option #1 or option #2 as shown below.
**For designs 401 or 405, state BL (bore left); BR (bore right); BP (bore as pairs). Hinges for 1/2" overlay on a face frame edge mount are available from Woodmont Doors.
Hinge boring is $2.10 per door, conceal hinges WD-900CD are $5 per pair.

How to calculate square footage: Multiple your width in inches by your height in inches, divide by 144, round off to the second decimal place.
Example: your door is 15-7/8" wide x 27-9/16" tall. (15.875 x 27.5625)/144 = 3.04 sq. ft. If you are uncertain how to determine the decimal equivalent of a fraction, just divide the top number by the bottom number.
Examples: 7/8 is 7 divided by 8 = .875. Or 13/16 is 13 divided by 16 = .8125. Square foot calculations for frame only or mullion doors is different and described on the mullion door page. How to calculate the price of a door or drawer front:
Take the square foot pricing from the various charts below and multiply by the sq. ft. calculation. Doors over 48" tall or 26" wide carry a $7.00 per sq. ft. oversize charge. If doors are both over 48" tall and 26"
wide, they will have an upcharge of $21.00 per sq. ft. **Doors using the B plywood panel are $5.60 more per sq. ft. from the prices shown in the charts below.
How to calculate shipping on doors, drawer fronts, and plywood: Within the continental 48 US States, $1.20 per sq. ft. no matter what door design or wood choice.
A $10 minimum shipping charge applies to all small orders under 8.35 square feet. Please remember, we will quote out your request for you if you would like to submit your information on-line. Pricing: |

SQUARE FOOT pricing for "finished" doors and drawer fronts: (note: if B panel selected, pricing is $5.60 more per sq. ft.)
To keep the math simple, and our typing much less, use all the "unfinished" wood door pricing from above and add $8.26 per sq. ft. for any wood choice in any of the allowed finish options for that wood choice.
Paint grade doors come unfinished ONLY. |
SQUARE FOOT pricing for "glazed finished" doors and drawer fronts: (note: if B panel selected, pricing is $5.60 more per sq. ft.)
Again, to keep the math simple, and our typing much less, use all the "unfinished" wood door pricing from above and add $18.48 per sq. ft. for maple, cherry, and hickory wood choices. Glaze colors are: (chocolate,
bronze, mocha, or almond). Glazing is not done on oak selections. This means that glazing add $10.22 above the normal finishing price. Glazing is a hand applied process and more labor intensive.
Plywood cannot be glazed, some moulding choices cannot be glazed, veneer cannot be glazed. Plain frames and plain edges on series 200 and 400 doors cannot be glazed, only the more fancy choices. ***When we compared
Woodmont Doors pricing to that of Quality Doors that we used to offer, Woodmont is 20% lower on almost every item. |
SQUARE FOOT pricing for any of the above when your door width exceeds 26" wide, or your door height exceeds 48" tall.
Add $7.00 to all sq. ft. amounts above. This is just the standard oversized premium. Doors over 26" wide will be two panel. Doors over 48" tall will be two panels.
If doors both over 26" wide and 48" tall, add $21.00 to the sq. ft. pricing. These are considered huge cabinet doors and they will be FOUR panel doors.
(note: if B panel selected, pricing is $5.60 more per sq. ft.) |
