IMPORTANT MOUNTING METHOD INFORMATION (as shown on each AC Products page):

Each AC Products series will have items that come in multiple mounting methods. Base part numbers will begin with BA, SA, BF, BC, etc . to designate them. Not every piece will be available each way, there are some limitations. Graphic on each series page will give the complete list of base part numbers for the series you are viewing.

TOWARD THE END OF THIS PAGE, you will find a "numeric" color cross reference chart. If you know your tile brand name and color name, this can help you in selecting the corresponding AC Products color for a match to your tile. This link will take you lower on the page past all the color images directly below, if you would just like to see the chart.

Helpful hints about some colors: C1 gloss white is the typical white you would see for toilets and sinks in commercial restaurants and homes. C34 Ice White is a bright pure white, a very good match to the popular Subway Tile white. M66 matte white is a bright white, but does not have the glossy appearance. C144 Kohler White matches the Kohler white. C165 Kohler Almond is Kohler's almond. In the gloss color cross reference chart way down the page, in the Dal-Tile column, any of the cross reference numbers beginning with a "K" are Kohler colors. For the lighter shades of colors, the C70 biscuit color is faintly darker than C1 white, but faintly lighter than C3 bone, it is an in-between color. C70 biscuit is best described as a light cream or ivory color. M32 matte biscuit is lighter than M81 matte almond.

A note about our return policy:
AC Products items that we choose to stock due to their popularity are returnable to us within 60 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted past 60 days. As this product line grows for us and we determine which items prove popular, we will expand our stock line.

AC Products that are non-stock colors, and items we do not want to retain in our stock are subject to a 35% restocking fee and must be returned within 45 days for us to return them and get credit in time.

Our suggestion is, if you are uncertain about a color, refer to the cross reference chart first. We do not have a minimum order. So if you want to order one robe hook, or one soap dish, or one of anything you need in a special color, you can do that (within their Series restrictions). If the color works out, you can order the remainder of the items you require afterward. If you are certain about the color, feel free to order your entire order at once. Non-stock orders that meet ACP's minimum order can be set up as direct ships from ACP to you. Small orders will have to come to us first and then we will ship them. Items in their standard colors seem to ship reasonably quickly from them. Their extended color list can take 2 to 3 weeks for production time, unless they have a few extra already made in that color.
